Self-importance

    Working on being humble is one of the hardest things for me. My meditation for the day says that self-importance is our greatest enemy. I still get offended on occasion when someone makes a remark about whether I'm right about something when "I know" I'am. I'm employed as a maintenance man and being good at my job is important to me, so being right and knowing what is going on is key. Of course everyone has a different view of a situation and they think they're right. Today I will accepy my own as well as others' imperfections. I know I don't need to be right.
