Get Money Out

    On my second year of sobriety now and feeling pretty good. Maybe it's time to get involved with things that matter to me instead of the old way of just getting drunk and watching the world go by. With a presidential election coming up next year it has been reported that President Obama alone will raise 1 billion dollars to run for re-election. Politicians in this country are being bought. I don't think people donate large sums of money without expecting something in return. There is currently an online petition to address this problem.
